Why we built this
We're a small, family-run operation based in Connecticut, hosting a home in Greenwich and a beach house in East Haven. We built iStay because we wanted a better way to list our own properties — one with a fair, transparent fee instead of a steep markup.
That's the whole idea: the same straightforward booking experience you'd expect, with a fee that's honest about what it costs to run a small platform, not what the market will bear.
